"I was fascinated by the neuroscience of how specific aromatic compounds can influence your endocannabinoid system and physically shift your mental state to improve physical health. SESH was a passion project and my way of combining that science with intentional everyday wellness."

Description
  • Scent anchor for focus & positive mindset
  • Primes the reticular activating system
  • ECS support for a receptive mental state
  • 100% natural  ·  No synthetic fragrances

SESH Intention Spray is a room spray for the moments that matter. Spray it before a meditation, a journaling session, a workout, or any situation where you want your mind showing up at its best. The same natural SESH formula — BCP terpenes and cedar essential oil — in a format that fills a space instantly. One spray, and your brain knows what mode it's in.

Train your brain to switch states on cue

Deep in your brainstem sits a network called the reticular activating system (RAS) — your brain's attention filter. Every second, your senses take in millions of data points. The RAS decides which ones matter and which to discard. It's the reason you notice your name in a noisy room, why the moment you start thinking about buying a specific car you suddenly see it everywhere, and why some people seem to move through life with a more focused, opportunity-aware mindset than others.

The RAS is trainable. And scent is one of the most powerful training tools available — because of all the senses, smell has the only direct pathway to the limbic system and memory centres, bypassing the brain's normal relay stations entirely.

How a scent anchor works

Every time you use a specific scent during a focused, intentional mental state — meditation, deep work, journaling, visualisation — your brain links that scent to that state. Over time, the scent alone begins to recall the state. The association becomes a shortcut: one spray, and your brain starts tuning to the frequency you've trained it for. Psychologists call this an "anchoring" response; athletes and performers have used it for decades under different names.

The key is consistency. Use the same scent every time for a specific practice. The more consistent the pairing, the faster the neural association builds — and the more reliable the cue becomes when you need it.

Why the formula supports the practice

SESH isn't just a pleasant smell in a spray bottle. The ingredients are chosen specifically because of how they interact with the systems that govern mindset and mental receptivity.

  • BCP and CB2 receptors BCP activates CB2 receptors, which may allow more anandamide — the body's own "bliss molecule" — to remain available for CB1 receptors. Research suggests healthy CB1 tone is directly linked to the effectiveness of positive intention and the mind-body connection.
  • Cedar essential oil — balanced CB1 tone Cedar's thujone content may gently modulate CB1 receptors without overstimulating them. Studies suggest that balance matters here — healthy CB1 tone supports intention and positive expectation, while excessive activation can work against it.
  • Direct olfactory pathway Smell bypasses the thalamus and travels directly to the amygdala and hippocampus — the brain's emotional and memory centres. No other sense has this direct access. It's why scent anchors form faster and hold stronger than visual or auditory cues.
  • No synthetic interference Synthetic fragrances contain phthalates and synthetic musks linked to endocrine disruption. For a product designed to support a clear mental state through the ECS, what it doesn't contain is as important as what it does. SESH contains only natural botanical ingredients.

What people use it for

  • 🧘
Meditation & breathwork Spray before sitting. The ritual of the scent becomes part of the transition — signalling your nervous system that the busy-brain mode is ending and a more present, open state is beginning.
  • ✍️
Journaling & reflection Pair with a daily writing practice. Over time, the scent primes your brain for the kind of honest, reflective thinking that journaling requires — the associations build quickly.
  • 💪
Workouts & training Spray in your training space before every session. Athletes have used scent anchoring for performance state access for decades — it's one of the most reliable pre-performance rituals available.
  • 🎯
Focus sessions & deep work Spray at your desk before a focused work block. Consistent use trains the RAS to filter for relevance and opportunity in whatever you're working on — signal in, noise out.

100% natural. No synthetic fragrances.

SESH Intention Spray contains only natural botanical ingredients — the same SESH formula as the drops, in a room spray format. Synthetic fragrances are among the least regulated categories in personal care, and commonly contain compounds linked to hormonal disruption and neurological effects. For a product designed to support a clear mental state and healthy ECS function, we use nothing synthetic. Canadian-made. Physician-formulated.

How to build your SESH ritual

The three-step ritual

1. Pick one practice. Choose a specific daily activity where you want to be at your most focused and intentional — meditation, journaling, deep work, a workout, a morning routine.

2. Spray before you begin — every time. One or two sprays in the room, or in the air in front of you. This is the pairing. The brain registers the scent and begins to associate it with the mental state you're about to enter.

3. Be consistent for at least 30 days. Neural associations build through repetition. The more reliably you pair the scent with the intentional state, the more reliably the scent will recall that state when you need it. Within weeks, the spray becomes the cue — your brain's shortcut to showing up ready.

Advanced use: Once the anchor is established, you can use SESH in high-stakes situations — before a presentation, a difficult conversation, an exam, or any moment where you need your best self present. The scent recalls the state you've trained for.

Product FAQs

If I spray Sesh in the air, will it harm my cat or tiny dog?

No, it shouldn't (as long as you're not saturating the air all day, every day with a thick plume of Sesh).

However, Sesh comes in a base of ethanol so definitely do not spray close to your pets where the mist might make contact with mucous membranes (nose, eyes) before it gets a chance to evaporate.

Can I use Sesh to hide the smell of cannabis smoke?

Sesh can be used in any situation where other room sprays or air fresheners are used. This includes covering up the smell of cannabis smoke, as a bathroom spray, a great non-combustion alternative to incense, and a non-toxic alternative to plug-ins and other products made from harmful chemicals.

Can I use Sesh as a hand sanitizer?

Since the product is 75% ethanol, its alcohol concentration is equal to or greater than many common disinfectants.

In a pinch, Sesh can be used to disinfect small areas (e.g., door handles, etc.); however, this is a very expensive way to use Sesh. From a cost perspective, we suggest you use a cheaper alternative.

Can I use Sesh as a perfume or cologne?

Yes, absolutely! Sesh's unique and invigorating scent makes for a perfect personal scent that will remind you to think positive intents throughout the day.

Sesh spray is also a great value for a body scent, with a fragrance concentration of 25%! Perfumes and colognes, on the other hand, are much more dilute, with perfumes being 15-20% and colognes being only 2-4% fragrance.

Please note that we do NOT use toxic fixatives like phthalates. This means our scent does not last for hours like synthetic scents do. To make the scent last longer, be sure to apply to freshly moisturized skin, or reapply frequently as needed.

What is the sediment at the bottom of my vial of Sesh?

Small amounts of sediment is normal. It's a benign reaction between the ethanol and some minor components in the Sesh blend that causes a tiny amount of precipitate to fall out of solution. This does not impact the aroma of the blend or spray mechanism.

Unlike synthetic fragrances, we do not use fixatives, suspension agents, phthalates, or other chemicals to create Sesh. As such, it might not look as "pretty" and clear as some other products, but it's a tradeoff that we feel is worth our health.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured in Canada in GMP-certified facilities.

Further, over 97% of all our raw materials are also sourced from Canada. That's rare in the supplements industry where even if products are manufactured in Canada (or the US, UK, or Australia), they are made with ingredients sourced from overseas (the vast bulk of that coming from places like China).

We are truly a Canadian/North American brand!
