- The No-Hassle Money-Back Guarantee (full refund for any reason if you’re not completely satisfied) is limited to your first unit of a product (shipping fee excluded), and there's no need to return it to us (continue to use it if you want).
- Refund policy for anything other than your first bottle: products must be shipped it back to us at your expense. Once received in good condition, we'll issue a full refund.

Please note that individual results will vary depending on the condition being treated and your individual genetics and physiology. Some customers notice a difference on day 1, while for others it may take up to 1 or 2 weeks of continuous use. Refunds under our "No-Hassle Money-Back Guarantee" are limited to a maximum of ONE unit per product, per person/account. We advise against purchasing multi-packs or bundles until you know the products work for you. Please purchase accordingly.
Any shipping costs you paid on your order are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, but your refund would take the final total order value below our free shipping thresholds, the appropriate shipping fees will be deducted from your refund ($15.99 for CA, AU, and the US; £9.99 in the UK; and $59.99 - $99.99 CAD for international orders).
Returns Policy:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number from Cannanda. Only those products authorized for return will be considered for a refund or credit. Receiving an RA number is not an automatic guarantee of refund/credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs you paid on your order are non-refundable. If you received free shipping in your order, but your refund would take the final total order value below our free shipping thresholds, the appropriate shipping fees will be deducted from your refund ($15.99 for CA, AU, and the US; £9.99 in the UK; and $59.99 - $99.99 CAD for international orders). Under no condition should the item be returned "collect on delivery." All items should be securely boxed and packaged in a manner suitable to the method of return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over $75 in total value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Refunds (for returned products, or for our No-Hassle Money-Back Guarantee):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Refunds for customers in the US will be subjected to the current foreign exchange rate. The actual refund on your credit card or method of payment might be a little higher or lower than what you actually paid on the date of purchase. This is due to the ever-changing foreign exchange rates and is out of our control. If your actual refund is a little more than what you originally paid, do not send us the difference; similarly, if your actual refund is a little less than what you originally paid, we cannot refund you the difference.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
