FREE SHIPPING is available in Canada with orders over $40 CAD after discounts, and before taxes are applied.
The same is available for orders shipped to the continental US with orders over $65 USD.

Due to Quebec's Bill 96, we no longer fulfill online orders from Quebec since our website does not currently provide French translation. We offer full customer service in French through our Quebec distributor, so if located in Quebec, please purchase through one of our local retail partners (you can locate your closest retailer on our Where-To-Buy map).
If you placed an order with a Quebec shipping address, we will assume you ordered from a location outside Quebec and/or you do not require service in French and we will fulfill your order at our discretion.
Shipping charges, if any, are not refunded as part of our money-back guarantee.
Cannanda maintains every effort to ship orders within a 24 hour time period, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm ET. During busy periods it could take up to 3 business days to ship your order. If it will be any longer than 3 business days, you will be notified via email. All orders are sent via ground transportation due to the nature of the materials. No air shipments. No exceptions.
All shipped orders are tracked and tracking info will be emailed once shipped. If you opt-in for SMS notifications for tracking information, Cannanda is not responsible for any charges you might incur from your service provider.
We only ship to Canada and the continental USA. If any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are incurred to import your order into your country, you are responsible for their payment, and will not be refunded as part of our money-back guarantee. For shipping outside Canada or US, please purchase our products from one of our retail partners who are able to ship internationally.
If you have any questions regarding your existing order, please contact us. When contacting us, please include your Order or Invoice Number to help expedite your service. Claims for any damaged goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. All damage claims must be made to which ever courier was used; no credit can be given unless this procedure is followed.
